Hi everyone! I’m Julie with the BuzzEd Network. I’ve had the honor of hosting networking meetings for the past 2 years and I really found a love of connecting small businesses with each other. I decided to go out on my own and recently started BuzzEd as a way for small businesses to connect, grow and be educated on relevant topics. I have personally seen the magic of networking create real connections and relationships that equate to business growth.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I am a native Washingtonian that married a Canadian. We live in Bristow with our three kids; a 13 year old boy and 10 year old boy/girl twins
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
Everyone is so surprised when I tell them I was an Accountant for 20ish years. I have the personality to be more, and the business background to help small businesses

Be you!!!
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Helping small businesses. They are the backbone of our nation.

Q: What are a couple of your favorite restaurants in our community?
You assume that we get out and go to eat!!!
Q: How long have you lived or worked in our community?
I have lived in Prince William County for 15 years.
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met here in our community?
Gina Sanford…she owns and/or operates 3 businesses, has a family and has a huge giving heart!
Q: What current or former local business makes you the most nostalgic about our community?
Giant Foods on Linton Hall Road. I remember when that was the only store in the area.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
I can go anywhere and usually bump into someone I know!
Q: If you could choose anyone that is alive today and not a relative; with whom would you love to have lunch? Why? And where locally would y’all meet for this lunch?
Harry Styles so me and my son can tell him how much we love him! We would have lunch at Blue Ridge Seafood…Harry is a pescatarian.

I love watching professional tennis. I’ve been to 3 of the 4 grand slam events.

Nothing Bundt Cakes…and then Burn Boot Camp because of the Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Viki Mutarelli…she always has the best advice!!
