Sam Hardman and Kelly Hayes

Sam Hardman and Kelly Hayes work together running The Hardman Team, a real estate team with Samson Properties in Gainesville.

Sam is married to his wife Ann (they met in the 8th grade!) and they have 3 kids Mason, Noel and Ethan and Perry, the world’s okeyest dog. Earlier in life Sam was a cook in the U.S. Coast Guard and still loves cooking and collecting (drinking) bourbon! Mason plays travel soccer which pretty much runs the weekends. Sam and Ann have watched Mason play all over the US, in Spain, England and Scotland!

Kelly is married to her husband Chris and they have 5 kids, Tina, London, Lucas, Kayleigh and Liam, who keep her on her toes! Kelly is also the Director of Operations for The Hardman Team and she formed a 501c3 non-profit called Give Love, Repeat that helps people who need short term financial help. Kelly supports her kids who play with the GHBL Baseball, Grizzly Football, The Prince William Cardinals and is the co-founder of Business Made Social.

In May 2023 we read a book called The Go-Giver by Bob Burg and was inspired to create a world of abundance through service. We can all build a world of abundance for ourselves by helping others. This project is a way for us to celebrate this community and the people in it while we learn about who lives here and how we can help them. If we were to all take pause and show interest in others, none of us would want for anything. Collectively, we have so much to offer one another.

The Faces of Gainesville is a celebration of all the people who live here and positively impact our community in some way. It may be by their positive attitude and energy. It may be by the business they’ve brought to our community. It may be their role directly serving our community. The reality is, we have a great community because of the people who live here and it’s our desire to highlight the great people here and introduce you all to each other. Our hope is that this project creates closer community here in Gainesville. We welcome you to join us in authoring the story of Gainesville, as told by the people who live here, one smiling face at a time.
