I’m a budding entrepreneur and founder of G.R.O.W. Networking, a community attracting like minded service focused individuals who want to uplift others throughout their own journey. My passion for personal development, humility and connection gets me out of bed every day and out into the community in search for others who are driven by the same thing. I love to travel and am the mother of a beautiful six year old boy who is absolutely the love of my life!
If it were up to me, everyone would have the means to pursue their passions and do what makes their lives feel exciting and worth wild. I love to laugh and vulnerability is my super power so you’ll know a lot about me as soon as we meet.

About Tiffany Ball

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.

I’m the middle of five kids, four girls and a boy. My mother is a veteran which means we are military brats, born and traveled all over. My coparent is from Albuquerque NM where our son was born. We moved in 2019 from Colorado Springs CO.

Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?

I come from a 20 year background in hospitality, managing Hilton and Marriott hotels across the country. I’m “from” Louisville KY (make sure you say it like your tongue is lazy) and that’s where I started my career. Since then I’ve live in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. I’ve masted the skill of guest service and problem resolution which lead me into coaching professional women in the corporate space, helping them develop their emotional intelligence and communication skills. I’ve got my P&C and Life and Annuity licenses, therefore have dabbled a bit in each. I’ve spent the last seven months being an affiliate for my coparent’s company and now am venturing out on my own again with G.R.O.W. The end goal is to create a networking community that focuses on growing our business, connections and minds authentically. I will use this platform to become a public speak, speaking on topics like emotional intelligence, constructive communication and humility.

Q: What advice would you give to people?

Never let fear stop you from doing “the thing”. Whether that be quitting the job, asking the boy out, moving to a new city, apologizing or owning your mistakes. The discomfort that comes from moving through fear is waaaay better than the feeling you get if you don’t. Regret.

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?

Living in Costa Rica as a nurture my public speaking career and nurture loving relationships with my son, family and friends.

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?

My favorite movie would have to be The Departed. TV Show… Dateline! lol Need muh murder shows

Q: (Even for friends or family), what is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?

This is a hard question because I talk openly about most of my life and my “mess”. But I think most people wouldn’t suspect that I’m nervous right before I speak… every.. single… time. Also that even though I’m really good at networking, I sit in the parking lot and try to convince myself not to go in almost every single time as well.

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?

My son Liam! He’s da best ever!

Q: Who inspires you to be better?

My son Liam and his father, Shawn Bacoccini. I also inspire myself because I look back at how far I’ve come and what I’ve gone through and think “Daaaamn Girl! You’re amazing!”

Q: Finally, what 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?

Liam, safe, love
