I enjoy spending my time off with family down at the Chesapeake Bay. I love anything outdoors including catching blue crabs, fishing, beach trips, boating, floating on the lake, hunting, wineries. I love to grill and smoke meat year round and love to dig into some seafood or wings.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
I have a beautiful wife named Shante and an amazing 4yo son named Layne.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I was a commercial building engineer for 13 years. After getting laid off from the corperate world I decided that I wanted to be my own boss. Narrowing down the different avenues I wanted to go I landed on starting my own Home Inspection business. We have been in business now since 2017 and have 8 employees on our team.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Surround yourself with the type of people you want to become. Find your tribe of people, ones that will hold you accountable. Read self development, team building, financial books and continue to grow your knowledge in order to push you 1% better every day.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
Owning multiple businesses that work hand and hand. More financial freedom and time to spend with the family. Working less in my business and more time working on them.
