My name is Becca I am a Northern Virginia native, I grew up in McLean. I currently live in Bristow with my two daughters Mia and McKenna, and my fiancé Will.

Q: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Both my parents are now enjoying their retirement in Phoenix, Arizona, and my brother resides in LA. Mia is currently a second grader at the Nokesville school she enjoys doing cheer and playing outside with her friends. She is a great big sister to her 1 year old sister McKenna.
Q: Please tell us about your current, past, or future career. What do you love most about what you do?
I have been behind the chair as a licensed hair stylist for going on 8 years. I specialize in color and blonding services. I currently work at Ash Salon in the beautiful town of Haymarket. Hair has always been my passion, I love everything about it. From getting to know my clients and them becoming friends and family to making people feel beautiful one hair at a time.
Q: What advice would you give to people?
Tomorrow is not guaranteed so live your life to the fullest and love what you do. Tomorrow is not promised.
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
I would love to see myself as a master stylist at Ash Salon and continuing my passion for doing hair. I am looking forward to getting married and maybe adding another little one to the mix.

Ashley Gray, who is the owner of Ash Salon. I’ve been blessed to watch and work under her and see her grow her business in this amazing community.
Q: What is your favorite thing or something unique about our community?
My favorite thing is that you have a small town feel in a very high paced Northern Virginia.
